It is the RC for AverTV Studio (model 103), TVCapture98 / TVPhone98 with VCR. To select a track enter in its digits (1...990, codes 991-999 is used for service) and press the "Enter". Two buttons "Play" and "Next track with Fadeout" in part fulfil "Enter" function.
On other commands of an explanation are not necessary.
