It is the RC for Phoebe TV Master + FM or TView model CPH06x. To select a track enter in its digits (1...990, codes 991-999 is used for service) and press the "Enter". Two buttons "Play" and "Next track with Fadeout" in part fulfil "Enter" function.
On other commands of an explanation are not necessary.
