The useful plug-in in_TV.dll for viewing TV from WinAmp is found (author Branimir Lambov). For its normal work are required the latest WDM drivers for your TV-tuner. For details read the file Plugins\in_TV.txt.
 Sequence of settings:
a) Install the plug-in, start WinAmp, press Ctrl+P for displaying "Preferences" windows, select from "Input" the "WinAmp TV" line and press "Configure" button;
b) From appeared window on the tab "Scan" select suitable TV-system from the list "Default TV System" (PAL/SECAM/NTSC/...);
c) Specify any path in the field "Channel Filenames" for storage of setting files channelxxx.tvc. Differently they will allocate in root directory of C disk;
d) Press the button "Quick Scan";
e) After scanning press buttons "Set as Playlist" and "Close";
e) Give the name to the found TV-channels in the playlist of WinAmp (Alt+3), and also make other settings (fine tuning, brightness, contrast etc.). Other features see having clicked by right button on the TV-picture;
g) Save the playlist to the folder intended for it (look the option "Path to Playlist files" in RC4WA).
In the future shall try to think up remote switching TV to full-screen mode.

The error sometimes appearing at attempt of reboot (997) or turn off of the computer (999) is corrected.
For users of TVPhone95 the option "Reverse fast scrolling (Volume -/+)" is corrected too.

The conflict between RC4WA and plug-in in_FM.dll causing bug message "Runtime error!" in WinAmp is eliminated (only under Win9x). Initialization of plug-in at the first start of a computer is corrected. For elimination of echo effect disable the volume "Line-In" in sound mixer.

Найден полезный плугин in_TV.dll для просмотра ТВ прямо из WinAmp (автор Branimir Lambov). Для нормальной его работы ТВ-тюнеру требуются последние WDM драйвера. Подробнее читайте в файле Plugins\in_TV.txt.
Настройка:
a) Инсталлируйте плугин, запустите WinAmp, нажмите Ctrl+P для вызова окна "Preferences", выберите строку "WinAmp TV" в ветке "Input" и нажмите кнопку "Configure";
b) В появившемся окне на вкладке "Scan" выберите подходящую ТВ-систему из списка "Default TV System" (PAL/SECAM/NTSC/...);
c) Укажите какой-нибудь путь для хранения файлов с настройками каналов channelxxx.tvc в поле "Channel Filenames". Иначе они будут располагаться в корневом каталоге диска C;
d) Нажмите кнопку "Quick Scan";
e) после поиска ТВ-каналов нажмите кнопки "Set as Playlist" и "Close";
f) Дайте названия найденным ТВ-каналам в плейлисте WinAmp (Alt+3), а также произведите другие настройки (точная подстройка, яркость, контрастность и др.). Другие возможности см. щелкнув правой кнопкой по ТВ-картинке;
g) Сохраните плейлист в предназначенной для нее папке (см. в RC4WA опцию "Path to Playlist files").
В будущем попробую придумать дистанционное переключение ТВ в полноэкранный режим (наверно эмуляцией "горячих" клавиш Alt+Enter).

В FM-плугине in_FM.dll под Win9x устранен конфликт с RC4WA, который иногда вызывал в WinAmp сообщение об ошибке "Runtime error!". Исправлена проблема его инициализации при первом включении компьютера. Чтобы не возникал эффект эха, отключите в системном микшере регулятор громкости "Line-In".
